Available for hire is:

The Main Hall

  • Capacity – maximum 110 seated, 150 standing
  • Wooden floor ideal for dancing
  • Floor dimensions 60ft by 30ft
  • Can be fitted out by the hirer to suit all manner of occasions and events.
  • Free wi-fi

David Myhill Room

  • Capacity – maximum 30 people seated, 15 boardroom style.

The Community Room 

  • Capacity – maximum 45 seated at tables 
  • Ideal as a Meeting Room, Cafe or Light refreshment area
  • floor dimensions approx 8m by 8m
  • Free wi-fi.

Making a Booking

To book the hall, please check the Diary page for availability, then fill in the Booking Form. Once a booking has  been acknowledged an invoice will be sent; please pay in full within 7 days of the date of invoice.  A £100 damage deposit will be added to the invoice for weekend events. If the full hire charge, including the £100.00 damage deposit, is not paid by this point, it will be assumed you do not wish to continue and the booking will be cancelled.

Cheques should be made payable to Yaxham Village Amenities Association.

An email will be sent within 7 days of a booking with the door keypad code.

Standard hall hire charge per hour, including kitchen facilities, Monday to Thursday.  Please email for bookings on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
